Customer Reviews

A big job well done to eastern oak ! From our initial conversation with Clay, one of their project managers, until the day the trucks left , we had nothing but a pleasurable experience finally getting a very much needed new roof installed.

First of all , Eastern Oak is a local company, not a national chain, and this was very evident when we first met Clay. A young man who will look you in your eyes while speaking with you, offer a firm handshake, is polite, genuine, straightforward, and very informative. You could tell that he takes what he says and the way he represents himself very much to heart. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and presented us our options, not in a "salesman" type of way but more in a way like he was just helping a friend or family member.

He really did make the whole process of inspecting the roof, working with our insurance company, and getting the new roof installed as simple as it could be. No fluff, no "too good to be true" promises, no "today only price" sales tactics. Just straight forward "here is what you need, here is how we can help, and here is what it will cost".

Many years ago we had a much different experience with another company, so naturally once the job started we were keeping our fingers crossed. But obviously , our five star review explains how we felt once all of the work was completed.

The little bit of additional work that was needed was due to issues that could not be seen during the free inspection, which they clearly stated up front can always be possible once the old shingles and underlayment are removed. But they took pictures of the discovered issues for us to be able to see for ourselves , presented the additional cost ( which was very minimal) , obtained our approval, and remedied the problem.

After the job was complete , we had a great looking new roof, a clean yard, and no damage to our landscaping.
